It is years since I read Chaucer (university undergraduate) - but I really enjoyed this imagining of the dueling wits of three fascinating writers. Great fun, and sends me back to Chaucer and to the Roman de la Rose (also last encountered at university in the medieval/early music ensembles's troubadour and trouvere songs). Thank you!
Ethereal and bawdy, and every shade in between. Wonderful "conversation ", dear Monica - fitting of an Inn, befitting the Queen that you are, of poetry and prose.

My pleasure, Hugh! I love the banter and word play. It brings me back to when more time was spent on how we said (and wrote) things.
